Boom FAQs
Call in to the studio or go into the studio and ask the Workstudy to add a credit card to your account. They should be able to save a card on file for you, and if you need to pay tuition, email mdcboomcrew@gmail.com (mdcboomcrew@gmail.com)to ask for tuition to be charged after the card is added. (Workstudies don't process tuition payments and can only update credit card information, so if you have any questions about tuition or tuition payments, please email the one above.)
There are a few possible reasons for this. The most common one is that tuition could not be charged for that month. Check:
-Do you have a valid credit card on your account?
-Did the bank block the charges on your account?
After these have been checked, email us at mdcboomcrew@gmail.com (mdcboomcrew@gmail.com)to figure out what another possible reason is.
The most up-to-date scheduling will be given in the GroupMe. If you're not in the GroupMe, please ensure we have a number associated with your account so we can add you.
