STUDIO RENTAL

SALT LAKE CITY'S ONLY FULL-TIME STUDIO RENTAL FACILITY is located in the southwest corner of Trolley Square. Just minutes from downtown, the MILLENNIUM studio is geared to fully service its rental clientele. MILLENNIUM offers mirrored rehearsal studio and JBL speakers with headphone jacks.

IMPORTANT INFO:

All studios include JBL speaker systems with CD & iPOD connectors, hardwood & marley flooring, portable barres, mirrors, & central air/heat.
All rental reservations require a credit card on file to hold space. Please check in at the front desk prior to the start of your rental to take care of payment. Rental payments can be made via cash, check or major credit card.
Base rental rates are determined by the studio requested and number of guests in attendance. For rentals with more than 25 guests, an additional $10 per 25 dancers will be added to the base rental rate. A $40 Facility Manager Fee will be added to all rentals outside of normal business hours. Base rental rates double for rental reservations after 10 PM Monday – Thursday, 9 PM Friday, and Saturday after 3 PM.
Chairs and tables are available upon request; please let us know what you require at the time of booking.
Prolonged use of lobby during studio rentals is not permitted.
Use of MDCSLC studios is AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Sufficient space must be booked to accommodate all dancers who will be waiting to audition.  Holding rooms may be booked at discount rates.  You must bring enough staff to manage those who come to audition and control crowds so as not to obstruct public areas and entrances.

RULES:

24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
No street shoes, food, or beverages other than water permitted in the studios.
Video taping, unless for personal use, is NOT permitted. For information on bookings for commercial filming, please call 801-364-0391.
Must submit a Studio Rental Request/Policy Form to book space. Rentals will not be booked until you receive an approved copy of the request form via email.
NO REFUNDS ALL SALES ARE FINAL

STUDIO POLICIES:

  • Studio is not responsible for personal injuries or lost property

  • Schedule and instructors may change without notice

  • Studio recommends calling ahead to confirm class

  • No autographs or photographs of celebrities under any circumstances

  • No cell phone usage during class.

  • Do not be late for class

  • You will be denied entrance if 20 min late for jazz or hip hop, 10 min for ballet

  • No video taping classes

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

  • NO REFUNDS! CREDIT ONLY
